How quickly can I start?add
Usually within a few days. After our first call we send the devices, and our setup team pairs them with you over the phone.
Can I sign up for my parent from abroad?add
Yes. Many of our families do exactly that. You can follow the readings from anywhere, and you can be listed as the contact we call if something changes.
Do I need to know which devices to buy?add
No. We'll suggest what fits your situation, and the devices are included in the plans.
