Terms of Service

These terms cover general use of the marketing site at rucja.io. Use of the Rucja product platform by hospital customers is governed by the signed Master Services Agreement and the Business Associate Agreement or Data Processing Agreement attached to it.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the marketing site at rucja.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

Rucja Health provides a hospital-facing software platform for oncology and integrative care teams, along with a public marketing site. The marketing site is provided as-is and primarily as information about the product. The product platform is licensed to customers under separate written agreement.

3. Trials, demos, and evaluations

Enquiries submitted through the marketing site are routed to our sales team. A demo or evaluation account may be provisioned on request. Any evaluation is granted at our discretion, for a limited time, and does not create a right to a licensed product account.

4. Fees and payment

The marketing site is free to use. Product licensing, professional services, and support fees are set out in the customer's order form. Fees are payable in the currency and on the cadence stated on the order form. Late payment interest applies at the rate set out in the order form.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, or crawl the site beyond what search engines require for indexing.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any product.
  • Use the site or product to store or transmit unlawful content, malware, or spam.
  • Interfere with the operation of the site or product, including running load or penetration tests without our prior written permission.
  • Use the site or product to make automated decisions that affect a patient's treatment without the involvement of a licensed clinician.

6. Not medical advice

Content on the marketing site, including blog articles, is for professional information and general knowledge. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for the judgment of a treating clinician. Patients should consult their own clinician for care decisions.

7. Intellectual property

All content on rucja.io, including copy, illustrations, screenshots, code, and design, is owned by Rucja Health or licensed to us. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish articles in full, remove attribution, or use our trademarks in a way that implies endorsement without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party content and links

The site may link to third-party resources such as clinical guidelines or partner sites. Those resources are owned by their respective operators and are subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.

9. Confidentiality

If we share non-public information with you during a sales conversation, evaluation, or under a mutual non-disclosure agreement, you agree to keep it confidential for the term stated in the NDA or, if none is signed, for two years from receipt.

10. Product terms take precedence

Where you are a customer of the Rucja product, the Master Services Agreement, the Business Associate Agreement or Data Processing Agreement, and any order form take precedence over these marketing-site terms for anything relating to the product.

11. Warranty disclaimer

The marketing site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, as they apply to the marketing site. Warranties for the product platform are set out in the customer agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rucja Health, its affiliates, and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the marketing site. Our total liability for direct damages arising out of the marketing site is capped at the greater of INR 10,000 or USD 100. Liability limits for the product platform are set out separately in the customer agreement.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Rucja Health and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the marketing site in breach of these terms, including claims that your content or use infringes a third-party right.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the marketing site at any time if we reasonably believe you are in material breach of these terms, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so (for example intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability limits).

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless applicable consumer or data protection law grants you a right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

16. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
